Would have been my word after lunch yesterday if I'd had time to pop in here.

bagger! (Dutch)It literally means dreck (afaik), and that word would probably fit as well, but it's more used to mean rubbish/crap (as in: it's been a crappy day, though slightly more forceful, I suspect).
