We invested the entire morning dealing with co-signing for DD to buy a car (not because she has bad credit but because she's just starting out and doesn't have much of any credit, lol), raced home for dh to go to work an hour late, me finding/scanning/emailing paystubs for stupid loan, then I had to run back out immediately after dinner for DS1's annual band org meeting, which is mandatory attendance even though I've been through this same meeting 6 times now. And have another 4 times to go. 10 band org meetings that are carbon copies of each other total. Why can't I sign what needs signing and just drop off a check? This is what I get for spacing my kids out. Then I come home to find an extra kiddo parked on my couch waiting for DS1, when all I wanted was a very tall Mai Tai.

Just one of those days when you suspect the decision to have children must have occurred during a psychotic break.

I have seen them two times and it was indescribable. The first time ( I was 15 or 16) Freddie with long hair and all of them with these fantastic and hilarious clothes. It was love on first sight!

No, only really annoying. We have noticed, that someone wanted to pay with false money. We called for the police and waited for them over a hour, together with the man with the false money. In Germany you don't have the right as civilian, someone to confine. So I have persuaded the man not to leave. In a way, in retrospect it is funny. Please, dear Mr. Forger don't go, the police have one question or two..

We have citizen's arrest here, Sabine, but it's very seldom used. I am glad he didn't freak out or got violent.

Well, at least he wasn't violent and did as asked, you're very lucky!

We do have it but as Vivian said it's rarely used and only a few people know about it. (I take that as the good sign that generally it isn't needed.) You could have kept him there if he wanted to leave with the goods without paying for instance.

I'm glad everything went okay!
