Hi, Josh! I followed the link you posted in the topic «New Releases»:
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09SY1C1LN/
You should keep an eye on amazon, because at the moment:
- the hardcover is ''Currently unavailable''
- if I click on ''Kindle'' or ''Paperback'' in the same page («Fatal Shadows: The Collector's Edition») I get the old edition of «Fatal Shadows».

I wonder if that's a regional thing. The proper edition comes up when I click on it. It's also not available in the UK. :-/
We're going to do an Ingram edition as well, so maybe that will work.
And the soft cover will surely be available everywhere.

It's also odd that Amazon linked the editions because there's quite a difference between the original and the collector's edition.

Ooohhh, Ingram means I could potentially buy it for the library. Assuming it’s not in Baker & Taylor, our first major vendor.
It's my 19th wedding anniversary. ;-)
The SO and I met online about three years before we met in real life. We both belonged to a number of online mystery-related lists, including Rara Avis and DorothyL.
Then we finally met at Bouchercon in DC right after 9/11, and the rest, so they say, is history.

That's really awesome! Great that you cemented your hobbies so early as a good base for a relationship. Happy Anniversary!

Thank you for the good wishes!
We had planned to head out to our favorite French restaurant last night, but there was a winter storm advisory so we settled for postponing our fancy dinner and just grabbed something at our local Yard House. It was still really nice.

Congratulations! Sometimes simple and familiar is just fine, especially when in good company. :)

Got home from our weekend trip to find that the Japanese edition of The Monuments Men Murders had arrived.
No, I can't read them. I just collect them as lovely little objets d'arts with their few, but very charming illustrations.
Scroll down to check out the covers: http://joshlanyon.com/foreign-editions/ (The Monuments Men hasn't been added to the Japanese editions yet.)

It's a bit like the farmers earning 1% of the price of their products in the shops. Really not ok.
I suppose I'll wait to compare the price of hardcover and paperback, and then I'll decide... to buy the hardcover, I suspect ;-).
