Yes, there actually is a filter for that, so I'm contemplating buying it.

No, I don't think there is.

Honestly, the more I learn about other languages, I wonder why we don't have words like that.

This is for Mymymble and all you gardeners/tree lovers out there!

The Hidden Life of Trees: What They Feel, How They Communicate – Discoveries from a Secret World

I just started this today and so far it's amazing. Apparently trees will decide when to bloom and seed, if it's safe, if the previous year wasn't a good one and they need to ensure other trees will carry on if something happens to them.

I'm beginning to think trees are more intelligent than humans. Seriously. And I'm only 30 pages into it. :-)

We have a similar word," vårslapphet", feeling tired and low in energy in spring. I hope it will pass soon, dear.

That's cool. Trees are so awesome. I'm not surprised they are so clever. :)

I had a lovely walk the other day in amongst some lovely trees, birch, I think, and oaks. I did some tree-climbing and made a dandelion crown and enjoyed the big oaks and their giant leaves and lovely acorns. Warrick flew his big kite (not by the trees) and we had a nice windy outing.

Don't know about English, but this is kevätväsymys in Finnish. :-)

And I hope your tiredness didn't turn out to be anything else than Frühjahrsmüdigkeit...

I have a on and off cold. Workdays: okay - free days: sick.
Together with my old friends migraine and shoulder - pain, I am feeling totally tired and depressed.
But I read all your comments here my friends, new books, walnut trees, Autumn in New Zealand, Frühjahrsmüdigkeit, lamb's ears...
Hug you all!

*hugs back* And take care of yourself, dear Sabine. Take a bit of time for yourself every day to just relax. Lately i'm finding stretching routines helpful, even if it's only a few minutes at a time.

Tired.

Yeah, me too. Woke up exhausted. Was nearly late to work. Woke up finally. Then around 2pm, I just started to crash. Is the day over yet? Think I'll either nap or veg with the tv tonight. I've still got to watch Moonlight.

Hmm, yes. Something to ponder. I am sure you will work it out in time, or you will simply feel it again. There were periods of months last year where I didn't feel like that either, but it passed. I hope things start looking up again soon, my friend. :)

It's not dramatic, it's just that I'm less cheerful than usual. Although considering how cheerful I usually am, now I'm probably just as cheerful as a normal person ;-))

Sabine | 3041 comments WEEKEND

We had a fair this week, the shop was so crowded every day, that our customers and the staff needed all their good mood, to make it a success. I have spoken with many very nice people from all over the world. (From China, Japan, Israel, Spain, Italy, France...)
Now I am at home really relaxed and cool my feet. 😊
I wish you all a very fine weekend!
