I've been sleep-deprived for the last two weeks. It's the underlying word to all the others for me.

My word right now is:

Good.

Snap!

Blooming Hamster escaped circa 1am, was found, then circa 2.30 am younger child was sick from the stress of nearly losing the hamster.

I love the fact that you write with a fountain pen, I didn't think anybody did anymore!

I like to write with fountain pens too. It's not so hard on the fingers and it looks so nice. :-)

I have a friend who calls himself a pen snob, with a laugh. He writes with nothing but fountain pens and has a collection of them.

My word now:

Relief

I'm another fountain pen aficionado, espcially of Pelikan pens that you can refill from a bottle of ink. And now for today's word

De-stressed.

My handwriting is terrible, maybe I should invest in a fountain pen?

I tried two pens when I went to buy my first. One wrote smooth, but had a wide nib which you can't write small in. I didn't pick that one only because most of my notebooks have narrow rules. The other pen, which I got, is a really nice Monteverde invincia pen, where everything is all black, including the nib. It has a narrow nib, but sadly doesn't write smooth enough. At some point this week, I'm hoping to get back to the store and see about some new ink, perhaps purple, and a look at the first pen, if they still have it, though I can't remember who made it. It was black with white letters on it. Perfect for a writer.
