Yoga's really helpful for relaxation. A beginner's class would be good, but personally i do (less often than i'd like) the beginner dvds with Rodney Yee. He's very good at explaining, and you do what you can. It's still helpful, imho.

There is no lousy in yoga. :-) You're just stretching and breathing in a quiet space. It gives you a little time to step back from the world and just focus on getting your mind and body calm and relaxed. You don't have to worry about how it looks or if you're doing it right. It's not about the headstands (luckily for me). :-D
