The Best Thing About Today...
Thanks guys.
I just discovered a local singing competition on tv for acapella groups. So it hasn't been all bad. Well, the last half hour anyway. :-) guess I'm back to flipping channels again.

I'm glad I finally did it, but I'm a bit ambivalent on this. I wouldn't like to become one of those persons looking at their phones every 5 minutes...

Ha! Hubby is so very happy for you. He practically whooped when he heard this. :-D

Aww :-) Annie paw?"
Yep. We had a paw problem here for a couple of days. In the middle of our walk on Sunday, Annie the dog started to limp. When we got home she refused to move at all — clearly there was something wrong with her left back paw. She also stopped "talking". (I know. I know! LOL.) She still acted so miserable yesterday that I was sure she was about to die, but today everything was back to normal. Hmmm. I think it's partly psychosomatic...
Also, I suspect that we might have been doing too long walks for too many days in a row with her. Jack Russell terrier's are very energetic, but she's already an elderly dog (13 years old).

Oh, poor Annie... So glad she's okay now. It's definitely worrying when they suddenly become less talkative.

LOL! I already booked my iPhone lessons by the 15 years old neighbour's son, but probably Petri can give me some tips when we meet each other in September ;-)

Oh no. I wish there were something we could do for you, dear. Something more than virtual wishes. *still sends hugs*

Heh. I can promise you that in the end you'll be running away from ALL the tips you're going to get from him in Southampton. :-D

Oh yes. Less talkative is bad. Very bad.

That's really up to you, right? :)
Congrats.

It'll get better soon! I promise. Just hold in there.
And in the meantime, have some chicken noodle soup!

You won't. I certainly didn't. I sometimes forget to take my phone out of my bag and charge it over night when I get home from work. Then forget about it until I get home the next night. So, you probably won't be that person. I don't think.

That's not good! I hope she gets better soon!
I've been reading a fantastic book Bones Would Rain from the Sky: Deepening Our Relationships with Dogs, which talks about dogs "talking" to us and communicating their needs in their way. It's a fantastic book! warning though, the second to last chapter will make you cry! I'll read the final chapter tonight!

Uh, I hope so.
For the moment I'm in awe because I found out it has fingerprint recognition. To me it looks like gadget out of a a science-fiction book ;-).

Ugh. I feel you. :( I had a bad headache yesterday and it was my birthday, too. I spent most of my day in bed :(

Argh. I feel for you. So much so that I've gotten migraine two days in a row. The strange part is that both days the migraine has started only in the evening just before I was going to go to bed. :-(

In any case, happy (belated) birthday, Josephine!

Thanks, Johanna! <3 I hope everyone's migraine is gone. Mine's not really migraine but "extreme headache" as the doctor calls it. Sometimes, the pain's so bad the painkillers don't work and I puke my guts out (like yesterday). :(
[But then the same doctor told me I have food allergy no matter how much I protested that, no, food couldn't have caused my hives and the antihistamines he gave me won't work.
Later on we went to a dermatologist who discovered I have urticaria caused by stress and depression and triggered by the hot and cold weather].

Food allergies can cause all sorts of things one wouldn't normally think of. Everything's interconnected in the body.
That said, I'm glad you figured it out! I hope everything gets better soon! And Happy belated birthday too!

BED. I just want my bed. And my pillow and my cozy blankets.
Why does there have to be this thing called work? WHY?!?!?!
