Thank you Anne and Johann,
It was just hand surgery but with my other health problems, being put under could be problematic, so I was worried - but I needed to get it done and I'm feeling much better today...and looking on the bright side, I'm off work for 2 weeks!

Red!"
Oh, I think those boots were actually Jordan's, but if they are red, I want a pair, too! :-) I've been using my black biker boots for a few weeks now, something more spring-ish would be delightful (although I love my biker boots dearly). ;-)

Forgive me, but I'm going to use more than one word today. These great words are from The Apothecary's Garden that I'm reading today:
demeanour, tirade, tussle, redundantly, imploringly, bonhomie, ruminate, scupper, smidgen, belligerent, rum (as a rum old lot)...

lol, I think those were my boots. They're actually black. (so they dress up, dress down, and protect from a little bad weather) but they're Doc Martens, so there are boots in other colors. Even red! Or, for Blaine, I saw two pretty purple pairs!

I wonder how many of us react to such words, quoted singularly, like Pavlov's dogs ;-). I went to reread the end of CUTYS..."
To me too, LOL. There was also the impulse to go to the special shelf and pick up the book :-)
