Glad to hear you feel better today, Anne.
Glad to hear you feel better today, Anne.

Hooray. I'm glad you're on the road to good health. :)

Is this good or bad? Or at least better than underwhelmed? ;-)"

Thanks, though it's not just me and not for anything I did. Everyone got one. We've been waiting five years for this. Yeah. I'm very happy right now!

Josh's answers made me think about the times I feel overwhelmed nowadays. It is mostly concerning work, but it has to do with the past, when adults would ask something from me as a child without explaining it properly or without giving me the instruments for executing the job.
So when I feel overwhelmed I have to calm down, and remind myself that I'm perfectly able to solve problems/find solutions, I'm not anymore a child in front of a huge task. And it helps a lot to break it down.

Hey, Even Mt. Everest is conquered foot by foot. This is what I remind myself when I start to panic.
