A good idea, Antonella. I wish we had one. In Germanic mythology the elder bush was the seat of the goddess Holda who protected home and hearth. May it bring you luck on that account too.

I was prosaically thinking of Hall's Waiting for the Flood and “Edwin's not always successful elderflower wine“, which in my case is “Varecia's not always successful elderflower syrup“. I am curious how it will turn out this year!!

My former husband used to make it, but he was always successful.

Speaking of hockey merch, I won a Hawks t-shirt last night. Woohoo! :D

This one if they have my size (it's no longer for sale):

or this one, which I already bought:

Plus, part of the proceeds go to a good cause. Win, win. :)

My word of the day:

Yes. All stress all the time is not good. It can make you highly productive. And kill you. All at the same time.

Pacing is everything.

Those are nice! Over here the pilot erasable ink pens are very popular, especially with teenagers. I benefit from those my daughter doesn't like any longer, so after writing in orange for some time I got a nice purple one last week :-)

The erasable ones are popular with me too :-) I find them very useful especially if I need to modify an entry in my calendar or in my notes (I like writing things down), but one must remember not to put a hot cup of coffee on top of the notes or they're gone! lol (wasn't funny when i did that though...)

While walking the dog last night in freezing cold wind, hubby asked if Josh had found tenants for his old house already. I think he's starting to think that we need plan B for when his summer vacation starts in the beginning of July. :-D
