Absolutely! So far from your 'standard' read, it will stay with you. The ending isn't wrapped up in a nice tidy bow, but it's not really a cliff hanger either. Be warned: this book is not hearts and flowers, it's dirty and gritty, dark and erotic. Enjoy!
