Spanish edition that isn't combined with the original and has little to no information.

Hello! I found out that there is a separate Spanish edition of Eleanor and Park by Rainbow Rowell. It isn't combined with the original edition, so it says it is a separate book. Also, there is hardly any information there (no description, etc.) and the title is incorrect. Since I don't speak or read Spanish, I thought I'd ask for help. When I searched the ISBN, I found it here as an eBook but I didn't want to start copying and pasting info since I don't understand the language.

Updated and combined. There is a note that the publishing date for the default edition has been changed. Since it is 2014, should we change it back?
