Finished Succubus Dreams, and I'm starting The Laughing Corpse.

Anne, what did you think of Succubus Dreams hon?

Ill Wind - maybe I'm not really into weather but I can't get into this one. I'm trying and I'm not quitting! lol I'd heard the beginning is confusing and it's no lie. She just throws you in.

I am now gonna read Gravity - Tess Gerritsen

I really liked Succubus Dreams! I was a little nervous because I'd read Succubus Blues (loved it), but had to skip the next book in the series (can't remember the name) and go straight to Dreams. My library didn't have #2 and I really didn't want to go out and buy it. However, it didn't seem to matter too much. If my library every gets another copy I guess I'll go back and see what I was missing!

I read all of them and she is wonderful. I think when you read Succubus On Top aka Succubus Nights, you will love it anyway.

It's good! I really like what I've read of it so far. I had to put it down though, because I realized I have another book that is due back before too long!

I'm sure I will! I like the series too much to stop reading just because I can't read them in order.

I jump from memoirs to paranormal to historical fiction all the time I don't like to stay on the same thing too long or I get bored. I want every book to start from a fresh new perspective. I get into a series and read it straight though, though. Whatever patters my lil heart I follow. My intrests are too broad. I guess thats not a bad thing though. Try something totally differnt ask around see what is someone else's favorite books and start with a few of them maybe. :)

Sobia, are you liking "22 Night"? I have it on my Wishlist but have put off getting it because the first one, Untouchable, seemed so much weaker than her previous trilogies - might be just my expectations.

It's intellectually stimulating, flabbergasting, and amusing, all at the same time!
I am reading The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins and The Graveyard Book by Neil Gaiman. ;)

I'm so happy you enjoyed it.. I'm just a few pages into it and I'm liking it so far. ♥

This happens to me all the time! Try an author who is easy on the brain. MaryJanice Davidson and Erin McCarthy are my two favorite "easy read" authors. Their books always remind me why I love to read in the first place!

How are you enjoying it so far Kasi...I couldnt put it down. Certainly gives one not only "food for thught" but HOPE. I think its a book one needs to perhaps read more than once!

(while I continue to dip into Alien Hand Syndrome - Alan Bellows)
I'm having one of my book ADD moments right now, switching back and forth between two books that present information in independently digestible chunks. There's no flow between one segment to the next, so it's not like interrupting reading a novel or sequential event nonfiction.

I had a hard time with it. I guess it just wasn't what I would normally read. For me it was just okay. Got me to thinking a little but most of what I believe I believe and there is no changing that. Ya know?
Now I'm reading Girl In The Shadows by VC Andrews.

It starts to pick up after 400 pages. This is probably the worse one in the series because nothing really significant happens. Most of the action is saved towards the end. Despite that I enjoyed just being Jaime and Claire's world.

I think the show is way different. The first book was hard for me to get through, but I liked the second one alot better. I just read them last week.

Yeah, I noticed a lot of differences but for the show it works really well. For the first book I didn't like Elena or Stefan that much. I found her too conceited and Stefan wasn't developed enough for me. Their romance happened with one kiss although she was obessing about him for awhile. I haven't gotten very far in the second one so I hope that it gets better.

How are you enjoying the latter... I so enjoyed it.

I just finished reading Lover Eternal by J.R. Ward. It was actually really good! I have no clue what I am going to start on next...
