Or maybe I should just stop looking for perfect fit.
Anyway, I'm having few more places to fill (post), and still no idea what to read for them, so I'll use another one

Card #3, Row 1
For the letters B.I.N.G.O. across the top, read books that work for those letters. These may be: Title; Series Name; Author’s Name (first or last); or a Character’s Name (first or last) that starts with that letter. Or go with the predominant color of that letter. (i.e. Card #3 would be pink bookcovers.)

Card #3, Row 2
Candy, Flowers, Chocolate, Jewelry for Valentine’s Day: {February} Read a book with any of these items on the cover. Or has a character named with derivative of any of these items (Candice; Daisy; Coco; Jade).
April Showers: {April} Read a book depicting rain on the cover.
Candlemas: {February} Read a book with a candle or flame on the cover.
Daylight Saving Time - or “Summer Time” in other parts of the world: {March} Read a book with a sun on the cover. Or a something depicting time (i.e. clock, watch, sundial), is on the cover.
Spring: {March} New born babies! Read a book with a baby on the cover. Or is newly published in the month you read it. Or is 1st in a series.

National Humor Month: {April} Read a book you find humorous.
National Pecan Month: {April} Read a book where one of the characters is a nut. Or is a book that is set in Texas (where a lot of pecans grow).
Free Space: Readers choice!
National Grapefruit Month: {February} Read a book with a yellow or pink cover.
National Poetry Month: {April} Read a book with poetry inside…even if it is only a few lines, like the dedication.

Card #3, Row 4
Baseball Season Starts in Australia: {March} Read a book were someone plays baseball. Or the setting is Australia.
Family Day in Canada & England: {February} Read a book where family plays an important part. Or is set in Canada or England.
Passover: {April} Read a book where someone escapes slavery. Or is set in Israel or Egypt.
Spring: {March} Spring beings in the Northern Hemisphere. Read a book with flowers on the cover. Or is set in springtime.
National Women’s History Month: {March} Read a book written by a woman.

Card #3, Row 5
National Irish American Heritage Month: {March} {Designated by Congress in 1995.} Read a book where the protagonist is Irish. Or is very lucky. Or is fourth in a series. (For four-leaf clover.)
Patriot’s Day: {April} Read a book where the protagonist is a patriot to their country.
End of Winter in the Northern Hemisphere: {March} Read a book depicting snow on the cover. Or is all white. Or is set in winter.
Records and Information Management Month: {April} Read a book where the protagonist is a clerk, secretary, or manages information.
Presidents’ Day: {February} Read a book where someone is the president of something.
