I finished this morning and I don't know what to think really. Not that I was disappointed, rather it left me unsettled. Like hearing something you don't want to hear. The author did an amazing job. I just have one complaint, but I'll let u finish first.

I just finished. My only complaint would be that it wasn't longer, I want to know what happens with Dave since his recovery is just starting. It's definitely getting five stars though.

I know. I was kinda taken aback by Monty's decision to not get better. It was kinda sad, but some are sicker than others. The only thing I didn't think was believable was all the stuff they got away with. Stealing pills, Monty knocking himself out, Dave using the phone....where were the counselors? But other than that, I'll prob give this a 5 too. I was disappointed that this author doesn't seem to have written anymore books:(

Yea I was thinking the same thing about him stealing the pills, it seemed way to easy considering where they where. I would have liked Monty to have a happy ending but I liked his ending. He wasn't drinking because of Victoria anymore but he was still an alcoholic just like before he met her. My biggest complaint was Dexter letting him leave even though he just had a huge breakthrough, that was even worst than all the stuff they got away with.
