how to change a cover on an unpublished book

I have purchased a new improved cover for my book but it says I have to contact a librarian to do so. How do I go about getting this cover changed? My email is cathybrockmanromance@gmail.com

Yes that is the book its not completed yet I looked at the rating she is my citique partner she had read the first draft
