Books Missing Number of Pages

Looking at the number of pages when choosing an edition shows the correct number of pages. However, when using book/isbn or review/list the number of pages is not given.

This can be seen for ISBNs 0553803719 (missing number of pages) and 0553293354 (correct number of pages).

The editions list shows the correct number of pages:

hmm, I verified that book/isbn and review/list are programmed to return the number of pages of the given book edition. E.g.:

https://www.goodreads.com/book/isbn/9...

However I do know that for some books we don't have the number of pages metadata.

That being said, I think there's a bug here… I'll file a ticket for this.

The books that are missing the number of pages all show the correct number in the book details, when choosing the book edition, stats and export data. It seems like only the OAuth API is for some reason not getting the number of pages, but for only some books. Changing the edition of a book does fix the problem, however I have many books that are missing the number of pages.

This has bitten me this morning on the book Star Trek: TNG: Vendetta, isbn 0671741454, book 217911, which shows 400 pages on its page, but the API shows no page count for it. Are tickets visible anywhere to the public?

Ricardo, tickets are not visible to the public, sorry.

We are importing books from a variety of places so some errors might happen, unfortunately. But we are also working on improving the way importing works, so hopefully this kind of errors will decrease in the future.

Thanks. In the meantime, can individual books be fixed when the problem is noticed? If so, what is the appropriate way to report the problem?
