Ads masquerading as books

I've come across something that I haven't seen before, but that is probably widespread on the site: a supposed book listing that has no publishing information and a description consisting of an opinion essay followed by an advertisement. The first and last names of the "author" in this particular example are melded together, so that might be a hallmark of this spammer. Goodreads itself is listed as the author of the description:

Deleted.

It seems the user that created them is also deleted from the database, so I can't really trace what he/she has added to the database.
