The Memoirs of Sherlock Holmes question

According to what I can find, "The Memoirs of Sherlock Holmes" originally included 12 stories. "The Adventure of the Cardboard Box" was originally the second story in this collection, but was later dropped (and subsequently included in "His Last Bow"). According to Wikipedia, in editions from which it has been removed, part of the story is transferred to "The Adventure of the Resident Patient". Further, according to Wikipedia, these shifts persist to this day in most US editions, while most British editions have gone back to the original publication order.

With that explanation, I was seeking an ebook edition that goes back to the original version. I've checked at Project Gutenberg and at the Internet Archive's ebook/text section, and can only find versions that exclude this story. After digging for a little while, I finally found a single ebook at Amazon that uses the original order.
