Annie Brewer (anniebrewer) | 2351 comments I hadn't read anything in over 2 months. I lost my reading mojo for awhile. Well, I had to read a few books for review and tours.

I loved Me Without You by Kelly Rimmer , Nets and Lies by Katie Ashley , The Resurrection of Aubrey Miller by L.B. Simmons and now I'm doing my TMI reread to prepare for Tuesday. Gonna be a sad day for me. I'm on City of Lost Souls (The Mortal Instruments, #5) by Cassandra Clare now. Love this series so freakin much. *sigh*

I read it Andrea and I really liked it

Danielle (Danniegurl) (danniesreads) | 1326 comments So I finished Reaper's Property (Reapers MC, #1) by Joanna Wylde I loved it. It's got an uncomfortable sort of taboo feeling to it, but overall it was very interesting and I think the main character Marie really became strong. And definitely having the duel POVs helped too because from Marie's pov Horse was indifferent. Definitely liked it.

Andrea: BookStoreFinds (bookstorefinds) | 91 comments I'm loving The Program... The premise is some thing I've never come across (suicide is considered a virus that teens are catching and it's an epidemic, so they get entered into The Program to have all the bad wiped out!) and I love the subtle romance strung throughout.

It is heavy on the sex too. But it's just some of the ways she went about things was sort of weird. They'd be fighting and then getting it on. He is scary, but she still wants him. He's hot and cold, and he basically kidnaps her, but sort of not really, you see what I mean, there are layers here. Lol. And lots of sex.

Micah (sinvega) | 76 comments Finally decided to jump back in and finish The False Prince (The Ascendance Trilogy, #1) by Jennifer A. Nielsen

It is not bad at all(trust me I've read Vampire academy & divergent, so I know bad). it's just not yet got me...Granted it is chapter 9 and there are like 50 some chapters but I have yet to be wowed. Maybe because the main plot hasn't yet started. Hope it gets better

Micah (sinvega) | 76 comments Finally finished The False Prince (The Ascendance Trilogy, #1) by Jennifer A. Nielsen

Personally I found the book incredibly predictable and the "Twist" was pretty much guessed long before the confirmation of a twist and I was just wondering how they were going to go about it.

I was not impressed BUT it did interest me enough to read the other 2 books. I just don't plan on doing it anytime soon.

It was a definite 3 star read. 3.5 at best.

I know how you feel Donna, but remember that this is not the end really because she continues on with the ELemental World books and novellas for the secondary marvelous characters and we get to keep up with all of the characters through them Building From Ashes (Elemental World, #1) by Elizabeth Hunter Waterlocked (Elemental World, #1.5) by Elizabeth Hunter Blood and Sand (Elemental World, #2) by Elizabeth Hunter The Bronze Blade (Elemental World #2.5) by Elizabeth Hunter

Yeah Micah, I guessed the twist early in the book as well but the story was really well written so it remained interesting all the way through despite some predictability. The characters were beautifully developed and the pacing was perfect throughout. I truly enjoyed it, especially considering that it's middle grade level. Like you I'm invested in the story and will definitely be reading the rest of the books :)
