Oh Kate, I want to read the Suddenly Royal series :) have the first 2 books on my kindle. I'm going to move them up to my ASAP shelf since you liked them so much.

Surprised ..."
Yeah I surprised too Esther LOL! But to tell you them truth, I was a bit put off by the reviews of the next 2 books in the Graceling trilogy. However, I've always wanted to read the first one, so I decided to jump in and read Graceling at least and see how I feel about continuing with the next ones. I did enjoy the Divergent trilogy a lot :)

Oh sounds like you're having a great time reading this series Danielle. Glad you found one to enjoy :)

Oh Donna both of these sound so good :) have them both in my pile of TBR in my kindle. Been wwanting to read Price of a Kiss for a while now too.

I just finished

Oh, are there bad reviews for both sequels? That makes me sad. :( I loved book 2 about the same as book 1. Book 3 was pretty disappointing though.

I LOVED this series!! So fun!!

This one looks interesting Amanda. Seems like a fun read."
It was fun, not steller. But enjoyable

Oh, thank you Rebecca, this gives me lots of hope for book 2 then :)

Oh, that really does blow Danielle :(

Maybe she's been working on the sequel all of 2013 and it will be out soon :D

She has "personal problems" but apparently it's been pushed back 3x it was supposed to release in 2013 so I have no idea what's going on and this would be book 4 of the series.
She also hasn't been maintaining ANY of her author pages. I hear that it's set to release in July 2014 but wouldn't amazon say that this early?

Sure does.

So I read that books 2 and 3 were just loosely based around the first. That's kind of why I never rushed out to read them. Is that true?

I didn't really care for Graceling. It has the feel of tThe False Prince but not as exciting.

Apparently The second book happens about 40 years before Graceling and happens in different world. And the third book Bitterblue happens 8 years after Graceling. I've heard that Katsa and Po are in the 3rd book. I hope thats true because I want to know what happened after Graceling!

I really enjoyed Splintered!
Hope you like it!"
Thanks, I did :).

Apparently ..."
Yes that is true. Fire is very loosely attached to Graceling, and Katsa and Po appear in Bitterblue, but so does Fire, so it all comes together.

Nicole and Rebecca ♥ and I all agree. They are loosely based around the same land and some of the same characters overlap.
I really liked Katsa and Po in Graceling, but not as much in Bitterblue and that's one of the main reasons why I wasn't crazy about Bitterblue. And the main love story in Bitterblue wasn't my favorite.

It hardly even qualifies as a love story IMO.

We were out at our new house for the weekend and we don't have internet hooked up yet, I had GR withdrawals!! lol I'm crazy busy working on fixing up the place and trying to get our current house ready to put on the market, not much time for reading these days. I finished
which was another great Kage read.
Also flew through
which I LOVED. Seriously, my favorite of Tessa Bailey's yet and I 've liked everything she's written. The woman's got a gift!
Met up with Wendy last week and she gave me my ARC of
, very much looking forward to more Kaidan, and I'm also reading
and
which already has my stomach in knots!

I'm glad you liked GoN, it was painful for me and I really hate saying that. It took such an odd turn in the plot and character development, I just feel like it was an attempt to keep the story going on when it really needs to finally have the HEA!

I have this too! Don't know why I haven't read it yet. I'm bumping it up.

Love that series! One of my favourites :)
So I started
for another group. Haven't got to the really good part but it starts off a little on the wild side.

WooHoo!! Thanks Brooke, now I'm even excited to read it. Unfortunately, I can't start it yet Probably start it on Friday so I can read it uninterrupted :)

I really enjoyed this one Tracy. It's sort of weird, dark, and twisted, but in a good way LOL! At least for me. It takes a bit to get into the story but when it takes off it really takes off.

Same for me Bridget I've moved it into my ASAP shelf too :)
