I'm about 75% in and I love the concept of the story. It's not as wowing as MS, though, I will say that. And I am finding a lot of grammatical errors which seems odd to me coming from a reputable publisher.

Good luck. Sorry about the DNFs. I had two last weekend I thought for sure would be DNF, but I pushed to finish them. I need a suck me in, keep me there, I can't put it down book.

Well I hope N9 eds up being a good one for you overall Brooke. I hate it when grammatical errors pop out at me and detract from the story. I got it on audio so I don't think I'll have that particular issue. Hopefully it's a good narration.

I finished it last night. I liked it. I didn't love the ending. I didn't actually totally agree with it and thought there needed to be a bit more to come to the resolution it came to. Hopefully you like it. I think I'd give it a 3.5 comparing it to MS and Hopeless

I am reading . Its the last book in a series that was one of the first YA series I started when I first got into reading years ago. I dont know why I never got around to finishing the series till now.

Okay, finished the following the last few days:

3.5 stars
While I loved the reinventing of the American Revolution and the Steampunk vibe, the romance seemed very juvenile, and it wasn't hard to figure out the twists. Enjoyable read if you like Steampunk/Historical Fiction!

This was my first Colleen Hoover book, and I loved it! It somehow seemed so different than most NA I've read. Her writing is BEAUTIFUL, and I was sucked into the story so easily!

Even though I didn't find this story realistic at all, I still enjoyed it! I didn't like the MC, Kate very much, but I did really like Carter!

Tamora Pierce is an excellent author. I enjoyed some of her earlier series.
