I have never read any of this author's books. But I am enjoying book 1. I like her writing. Very different view of werewolves which is refreshing. Short chapters which I do love after reading books with long, long chapters! My one concern is reviews for books 2 and 3 weren't great; but hey, I've got to read them myself to see.

Nicole D. (thereadingrebel) | 969 comments finished Paranormal Intruder by Caroline Mitchell 3.5 stars. It was good but nothing special. After reading The Demonologist The Extraordinary Career of Ed and Lorraine Warren by Gerald Brittle a personal amateur account just wasn't very exciting or informative.

Now reading His Wicked Seduction (The League of Rogues, #2) by Lauren Smith and I am only 20% in and already loving it. I have read another book by this author but not a historical and loved it so much. It was one of my favorite books this year. I am happy to be reading a historical romance as I haven't read one in forever.

Book 1 was the best. Linger,Forever, and Sinner were all really good(all 4 stars from me)they just weren't as great and amazing as Shiver. I am looking forward to reading the Raven Boys series as she has such beautiful and unique writing.

It was good Nicole, a 3 star read for me. For some reason I didn't love this new story by Evans. I loved Real but for me Manwhore was good not great and the same thing for the second book. I liked it well enough :)

Finished Until We Meet Again by Renee Collins and it was meh for me. The writing was just ok. And the story was just ok. It was dual POV, but there were SO many more chapters from the female character than the male. It really made no sense to even have his POV if the author was going to do it the way she did (though we needed the background from the male POV). I wasn't thrilled the whole time, and a bit bored. Started Racing Hearts (Hamilton Stables, #1) by Melissa West and I'm also going to dive into Need by Joelle Charbonneau

Almost done with Racing Hearts (Hamilton Stables, #1) by Melissa West . I was talking with the author today about the horrible cover. She really doesn't like it, and I don't blame her. I can think of so many better ways they could have gone to show what the book is about. Once I'm done, I'll move on to Need by Joelle Charbonneau . I've seen mixed things.

Loved this series. Linger was good I think it just is a middle book but one that reveals a lot that isnt really mentioned in the first book,So instead of the first book beingan info dump it kinda happens in this one. And book Three Forever well a lot of people didnt like it because of the ending. I myself think it ended great! and as far as Sinner went it was meh and doesnt really need to be read to finish the series. Sad to say it was the only book by Maggie taht I didnt much care for ...
