My review will go up on my blog tomorrow, the world-building is definitely where it shines the author expands upon the classic Disney version and while there are a few continuity errors with the movie I think I might like this version better, I have the Snow White's Evil Queen book by this author, Fairest of All, and after reading this it moved up my TBR list significantly.

Rachel I am reading Tales of Mystery and Madness by Edgar Allan Poe , continuing with the Vampire Knight, Vol. 3 (Vampire Knight, #3) by Matsuri Hino manga series, and listening to Four A Divergent Story Collection (Divergent, #0.1 - 0.4) by Veronica Roth .

My favorite Harry Potter book was Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire (Harry Potter, #4) by J.K. Rowling . The ending was so gripping.

And yes, Tracy. You have to get started on Harry Potter. I read them for the first time last year because my son's class was doing this big Harry Potter thing. The books are like Pringles chips - Once you start you can't stop:) Or was that Lay's - I can't remember.

Finished Persuasion (The Heirs of Watson Island, #2) by Martina Boone yesterday. I like this series, but I have to say it does drag a bit.
Started Until We Meet Again by Renee Collins . So far I like it. 36% in. Something predictable just happened. I need to feel more of the characters, but I don't yet.

My favorite is Deathly Hallows, followed by Goblet of Fire. Azkaban is the book that made me fall in love with the series though! After that one I was hooked and had to go to the release parties, etc. Whenever the new one would come out, I'd take the next day off of work and spend the whole day reading! I'd read them all in one sitting!!

Donna | 1350 comments I'm in the middle of The 5th Wave (The 5th Wave, #1) by Rick Yancey , which is really good. Love the characters, but it's a little bleak for me. I mean, I'm having nightmares... maybe bleak is the wrong word. Scary? that fits a bit better. jeez. This is why I don't do scary. Dystopian I can deal with, but I guess it's a sign of a good - no great - author when you can make your audience FEEL the desolation and desperation of the world you've created. Well, Rick Yancy - congratulations! You've accomplished your goal. haha

I'm also reading Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban (Harry Potter, #3) by J.K. Rowling and it's true, this book was definitely a turning point for the series. It just got better from here as they started to mature and you got to see more of the world.

Jenny (juliababyjen) | 1075 comments Just finished reading Another Day (Every Day, #2) by David Levithan and it was just sort of meh for me. I was expecting some kind of big revelation...but its the same story as Every Day, but told from Rhiannon's POV. We didn't learn much, except how much of a jerk Justin was, and how dumb she was being to stay with him.

I want the sequel, though!! Still another cliff hanger ending!

I love this series. But it is pretty scary. Especially because you can't tell who's alien and whose human.
