Ugh, still need to start this series but I'm glad to hear it's so very good Paula.

Zainab (zainabals) | 6 comments I'm currently reading The Dream Thieves (The Raven Cycle, #2) by Maggie Stiefvater , Cinder (The Lunar Chronicles, #1) by Marissa Meyer and The Awakening of Ren Crown I'm really liking dream thieves, Cinder has been on hold for a while, and the awakening of ren crown is surprisingly good I got it for free on iBooks it's kind of Harry Potter-ish but definitely not an annoying copy cat.

Donna | 1350 comments Stayed up late reading The Paper Swan by Leylah Attar . Everyone, it's a must read. GREAT & totally worth the 2 hours of sleep I got! lol. Not sure what's up next, but it'll have to be good to compete. ;)

message 21659: by Jenny (new)

Jenny (juliababyjen) | 1075 comments I finished my reread of Siege and Storm (The Grisha, #2) by Leigh Bardugo so good! I forgot how mad I got at Mal in this though.

Also finished The One (The Selection, #3) by Kiera Cass and enjoyed it mostly. America is just so...stupid, and very self-involved, and I never did really like her. She had her moments I liked I guess. Loved Maxon all the way through, and honestly, I felt really bad for him. So much drama. The ending seemed a little too easy as well. But I enjoyed the read, and will probably read The Heir, just to find out what happens in this world next.

Now rereading Angel Evolution (The Evolution Trilogy, #1) by David Estes and reading Under Different Stars (Kricket, #1) by Amy A. Bartol

I have never been able to get into this series either, not a great one for me, but I love all of her other books, especially the Scorpio Races. I loved that story, but the Mercy Falls series just fell flat for me so I never finished it.

That was my exact initial reaction the first time I laughed out loud when I started it but let me tell you I laughed out loud right from the very start. And have LOL over and over. It's dramatic. But it's very well written and I can SO imagine Matt Damon in the role for the movie. I cannot wait to see it on the big screen :)

Lol, the first one was my favourite. That's how I got to reading her books. After the first book, the series went downhill. There were like 4 POV's. I would've been happy if I stopped after book 1.
