Yes , I felt the same Donna. It wasn't near as good as the first one.

Will do. So far I'm liking it. It seems to be possibly better than the first. The first had some things that were just almost too much for my tastes.

That book is so amazing. I couldn't get enough of it. Read it multiple times and even gifted it to my boss (56 yrs old male) and he totally loved it.

I still need to read All the Bright Places Tracy because you know... I have to get emotionally ready for those types of reads. I can only handle them in tiny doses over time so I have to spread them out. I already read Unlit Star this month, that's hit me hard :'(

. The story line was completely different to what I thought it would be. I was expecting an interesting Alice in Wonderland reimagining with zombies (which it wasn't). That being said I still enjoyed it.So one book down in my goal to clear a shelf in my TBR bookshelf at home. Though I think I probably need to avoid this discussion thread because it just makes me want to add more books.

Yeah Belkis... I agree. Totally awesome! It was a cliffhanger byr not one I can't live with. It was nice to see Barrons again.

Yeah I remember back when you and Brooke read it and I wanted to but had to say NO! I can only do so many tearjerkers in a year's time :( so maybe in a couple of months I can try this one....

I adored Emmy and Oliver! So much in fact that I'm having a hard time shaking them off in order to really get into AtBP.

Both are really great. She knows what she's talking about and manages to make it steamy, dirty, kinky and yet somehow classy.

I've read up to book 2 in this series. When do things start warming up between Mac and Barrons? There's the briefest hint of romance in book 2 but that's it.

This was SO GOOD! A wonderful, knuckle biting, crazy thriller! LOVED it, even more than Monument 14! I def recommend it, if you like zombies/thrillers!
*side note* There aren't actual "zombies" in the story, they are all human...but they tend to start acting like zombies. I don't want to give it all away, but its FREAKY! ;)
