Love love love this series Belkis! I read it last year -all four books in less than a week. This got me through my HoF hangover, but then of course I had a Seven Realms hangover!!

I read this on my ereader but I can imagine the physical books would be the ones that you almost rip out the pages from that mix of frustration/exhilaration/anticipation lol

I'm really enjoying it a lot Ash. I'm a bit over the halfway mark and it's getting so so good! It reminds me a little of The False Prince trilogy which I also really enjoyed. I'm so very excited!! I've had all of the books to this Seven Realms series sitting in my kindle forever and finally getting to them and enjoying so win-win :)

Paula (littledarling2012) | 621 comments Ladies, so sorry I've been absent for so long. It's been a bit of a crazy time and I'm not really sure how I managed to make it through without losing my head. Oh yeah, wait, it's attached to my shoulders.

Anyways, I'm currently reading Marrow by Tarryn Fisher and it's messing with my head.

Recently, I finished the ARC Begging for It (Asking for It, #2) by Lilah Pace and I loved every bit of it.

Before that it was The Missing Volume I- Illusions by A. Meredith Walters (can't wait for the next one), Ricochet by Keri Lake (one of the best books of this year for me) and Flawed Love (House of Obsidian, #2) by Bella Jewel (wasn't wowed at all, which broke my Bella Jewel fangirl heart).

Belkis (bminaya) | 8313 comments Okay I finished and loved The Demon King (Seven Realms, #1) by Cinda Williams Chima so ecstatic over the promise of an amazing series!!! I plan on starting book 2 very soon. Now started on Out of Time (Nine Minutes, #2) by Beth Flynn and OMG!! I'm only like 5% into it and I've already had like 5 WTH??!! moments, this looks like it's going to be as kick@$$ as the first book woot woot!!

So Hide Me by Lexi Scott was less than stellar, nothing more than your basic cliche'd beach bum turned good guy romance. Read it a dozen times already!!

To give myself a guaranteed good read I grabbed up Dreams of a Dark Warrior (Immortals After Dark, #11) by Kresley Cole and for some reason it was just good but not great. "Aidan" was almost too far gone for me to like, and it took way too long for him to finally start making it up to Regin. She was one of my absolute fave Valkyries, and she suffered too much for my tastes. =(

On to Breaking Kate (Acceptance, #1) by D. Kelly for review, crossing fingers it's good!!

Yes Ash I'm so very excited about The Seven Realms series and the first book was very good so I'm looking forward to the next one and where the story is headed. I really enjoyed An Ember in the Ashes and I'm glad you're enjoying. This is another one that I'm not impatiently awaiting the release of the next book. So many books to wait for.... :P

Yes this happens to me when I'm working on my MS - I'll be completely bogged down in researching and writing I don't open a book for weeks...then the opposite happens lol...I think balance is a good thing perhaps (although I think I need to work out how to balance with a much smaller swing of the pendulum)
