I've seen it around a lot Lynn but not read the talk. So, I don't know if it has a HEA or if it's sad. I can kind of guess the content considering how the book starts but I decided to go into it without knowing anything.

I loved this book. I did have a few issues with it so it ended up at a 4, but I still thought it was fabulous.

I talked about it a lot in here when I read it. Bloomsbury sent me an ARC of it. I really love Bloomsbury's contemporary line. I haven't disliked any of the books yet.

Yeah it's extremely expensive at that moment but romantic dystopia is my thing I read everything with romance in it so I couldn't wait.

Oh it's completely cliche and formulaic but that didn't bother me. At times it was too much mockingjay, at other too divergent, at others too X men.

I have exactly the opposite complain. I wish more dystopian books were more romantic. More Peeta and katniss, more tris and four. When a dystopian book has good romance it wins me over. This one didn't have enough romance but it's hinting it will have more.

Hmmm... I don't mind the whole mixture of aspects of the other popular dystopian stories but I need a good romance :P

Dinner was great and of course it thunder stormed so kids were stuck inside lol we've had so much rain this last week which has caused a lot of flooding but thank God it's settled a little now. Glad you got to have dinner with your brother. It's tough when you live so far away from family…I really can't imagine. I just live 15 minutes away and if I don't see my family in a week I freak out lol

Now decided to also finally start to see if I can squeeze it into this week's reading challenge since it's a favorite of many of you and I've been wanting to start the series for a long time, so again yay! Chipping away at all the older books in my tbr :)

IMO if you want good romance, this just isn't it. JMO, though. This book was either a love or hate for most people. I did like the way it ended, but it was very similar to Catching Fire, IMO. Not to mention all the elements I saw from other books in the body of the story. I almost DNF'd it but pushed through because I knew a few who really enjoyed it.
