Unspoken (The Lynburn Legacy, #1) by Sarah Rees Brennan ? Its both a bit dark and funny. With one of the wittiest heroines.

Oh you MUST read Bad Things, I'm so addicted to everything Rebecca puts out it's sad! LOL And like Donna said, you'll NEED to go straight to Rock Bottom, which will absolutely rip your heart out but was so incredibly good!!

I finished Sanguis City (Sanguis City, #1) by Morgan Jane Mitchell and it didn't impress me, it was kind of all over the place and there were about 5 guys the heroine went back and forth between! On the flip side, I finished an ARC of Dwellers of Darkness (Darkness Series #3) by Stacey Marie Brown and Stacey wowed me yet again, this series just never lets me down. I know I've said it before, but fans of the Covenant series or JLA's style of writing in general should absolutely check out the Darkness series.

Now I'm kind of in a reading slump, I'm just not feeling any of the books on my list at the moment for some reason. Here's what I have up next:

Ignite Me (Shatter Me, #3) by Tahereh Mafi Yep, still working on it, I'm just not in a dystopian mood so it's taking me longer to get into it.
Forged by Fate (Bound by Hades #1) by Reese Monroe (not looking forward to this one, it has bad reviews but I have to do a blog review), then
Playing Pretend by Juliana Haygert Ashes to Ashes (Experiment in Terror, #8) by Karina Halle Wicked as They Come (Blud, #1) by Delilah S. Dawson and Charlie and the Latex Factory by Tessa Ditner .

Victoria | 259 comments re- reading Legend (Legend, #1) by Marie Lu so that I can go through the series, and looks like I am downloading Making Faces by Amy Harmon to my Kindle because everyone gushing has gotten my interest piqued, looking forward to it :)

Danielle (Danniegurl) (danniesreads) | 1326 comments I'm reading Marked (The Wolf's Den, #1) by Aline Hunter same chick who wrote Omega Mine (Alpha and Omega #1) by Aline Hunter it's pretty interesting, she's a half were but never knew. So this is an interesting take on the whole werewolf thing. So far I like it, it drags slightly but I'm waiting for the other shoe to drop plus I haven't made it half way yet.

About haf way through Insurgent (Divergent, #2) by Veronica Roth It seems a bit predictable now so much so Ive zoned out a few times...

Laura (llbasaldua) | 790 comments Oh and I finished The Selection (The Selection, #1) by Kiera Cass it was ok nothing impressive.I think it would have been better as a contemporary The dystopian didnt really fit the story at all.

Laura (llbasaldua) | 790 comments Would defenitly recommend this trilogy I loved it.It was a very fun read lots going on and not to adultish. Also the Supernaturally (Paranormalcy, #2) by Kiersten White Trilogy was pretty good I flew through the series pretty fast it was another very enjoyable read that kept the story flowing with a little romance and action but not adultish.

♥ Rebecca ♥ | 1653 comments I have had Cress (The Lunar Chronicles, #3) by Marissa Meyer Evertrue (Everneath, #3) by Brodi Ashton and Vitro by Jessica Khoury all reserved at my library since months before they were released, but I still havent gotten any of them. My library is slow getting the new books out. I am getting really impatient because I am totally in the mood for a popular YA book! All the books I have on my kindle are more indie/NA/erotica stuff. I usually get the popular books from the library. Gah! Dont know what to read next. :(

Bree (breesc23) Finished Recalled (Death Escorts, #1) by Cambria Hebert sometime last week and I'd recommend it if you want a light read, but it was very difficult for me to get past the lack of world-building that left too many unanswered questions.

Currently Reading Division by Karen A. Wyle . It's a little off-putting; I don't know how old the characters are and they are doing/thinking/saying some things that are questionable for kids who were 11 last time I checked.

Starting Lucid by Adrienne Stoltz today and I can't wait! Has anyone read it?

I hate when that happens. I've read a few that everybody just raved over for weeks and when I finally got around to them, it was like the hype was so high that it made the book fall flat. I loved Making Faces, but I really didnt know much about it when I started.

Attractive covers are what usually get me. Although I was upset with the world-building in Recalled (Death Escorts, #1) by Cambria Hebert , the second book in the series Charmed (Death Escorts, #2) by Cambria Hebert has an equally attractive cover and I'm finding myself making excuses to give this series another try. Like, mostly like it will lack the same world-building BUT it might have gotten better.....
