and of course loved it, but I want to get opinions on the second. From what I can tell and based on reviews from some of my friends, this one was a big disappointment and Kate made everyone mad. What did you all think? I don't want to ruin what I think of the characters. Soooo, I just realized that there are about 15 hot new releases that there's no way I'm going to keep up with, but I got

So far, Tangled is still my favorite. I still have to read the 4th one but I'm quite hesitant.

I'm having the same issue as you. This particular book has a lot of detail. I can't wait for the show to come back either. It's so good.

is actually written by a good friend of mine. Our sons go to school together and play together all the time. I haven't read the book though. Mostly because mermaids just aren't my thing.

I still love Drew after reading the series and Dee Dee's book is pretty awesome as well. All of them are worth the read.

Well, it started with the last one for me. I just wasn't thrilled with

I hate that one of my go-to authors has pretty much become a "wait and see how the reviews are" author for me. And they haven't been making me want to grab up her more recent work. =/

I missed so much! Just got back from a 5 day trip to Boston to run a conference. Glad to be back and diving into book conversations again.While on the trip I Finished Bloodlines. Um... LOVE. Can't wait for the next one. 5th on waitlist though, ugh.
Currently reading the queen (Selection Novella, couldn't find the cover to link in). Not sure how I feel about it at this point. Thought Queen Amberly was a great character in the Selection, but so far, her younger self in the novella isn't totally lining up for me with her older self in the series. That, and i'm having a hard time with the idea of her liking Prince Clarkston after reading the Selection series cuz... well he kind of sucks. lol

and LOVED it to pieces. Have to get the authors other work. I am looking forward to reading both Quinn and Ten's story the most.started

& it was so bittersweet! I can't stand the thought that I won't be getting any more doses of Drew! I'm gonna miss him... and therefore will have to revisit him often. ;)

I agree, Donna. We really didn't see much of him in the other books, so I wondered how it would be. I think it's one of my favs so far.

which is interesting. The characters in the book know that they are characters and one is super excited and the other one doesn't like the idea that someone is controlling her every move. And, just going to start buddy reading

I was bored through a lot of the story. I don't care much for mermaid stories either.
