What Are You Reading? 2015

Nine Minutes is very good Donna. And yes, all KA books are an automatic add for sure. Only hours to the release of The Secret!!!

I'm looking forward to getting to this one too Rebecca.

Yup Tracy there are just too many good books to get to. I did a major overhaul to my tbr shelves. I needed to weed through all the books that were in my ginormous tbr and only keep the books that still hold reading interest for me. Hopefully this will help me get them read sooner.

It's SO GOOD Sara, you must read it and what's nice is that the other stories are very good too.

Yup!

I still need to read Nine Minutes. I've heard great things about it. And I am super excited for The Secret!!!!!!!!

Right? It started out with great potential, so I overlooked the similarities. And then I got to about page 100 and I just want to throw this. But I'm almost 3/4 of the way through, so I'll just finish it out. The publicist sent it to me, so I will finish and review. She probably won't like what i have to say. i was surprised she contacted me at all, given my review of the first book wasn't so great!

That may be why she wanted you to review it. You don't bash the author and she knows she will get an honest review.

Ah, good point. Well, I don't like to bash authors. What's the point? They write how they write and perhaps my review could possibly help help the author do bette next time, look at how things might come together better? I can only hope that.

That's what I'm thinking Brooke. If I wrote a book I would want someone to review it that would be blunt and honest. Friends and family say they would be honest but more times than not they don't. Kind of like how your family will let you go on American Idol and you can carry a tune. I really haven't figured that out either. Why would you let someone you love make a fool of themselves but it happens.

Her books are very good Teresa. I loved her Highlander series a lot. I read those first before her Fever series and it helped me appreciate KMM's writing style and some of her Fae world building plus one of the characters migrates between both series. I hope you end up enjoying Darkfever. The series is fantastic.

Looking forward to it for sure!

LOL!

Trying desperately to read the first one too Danielle, ugh! So many books, so little time!

hahahahahaha that American idol reference is the best. I always think that. "How does no one tell this person it's a bad idea to try out?"

Alright- so I have a question. I'm reading her highlander series & came across Circenn. So what gives? I'm assuming something happens if the Sidhe-seers end up with the responsibility of it all...? And who knew Adam had feelings?! Love him.

Good to know about Knight & Stay...

Fever series is so far so good. Enjoy

I still need..."
Me too Bridget!

Think I have the Kiss Anthology - Yay to a novella re: Will!! Love Slammed.

I will tell you though Donna that the epilogue was very very nice :P the last 20% of Knight & Stay made it worth the read hahahaha!

I am now reading

Oh Mal is soooo yummy Kate, enjoy!

I am now reading

Mal, Mal, Mal - love him. He's my fave of the group.

It was so great to get back with all of them Donna, LOVE LOVE Slammed :) the novella in The Kiss was awesome!

Love the last book so much - well I really enjoyed all of the Highlander books LOL! But it's been such a long time since I read them that I honestly can't remember the details Donna :(

Trust me Belkis this is a must read series. It was going to be Book of the month series in my other group where each book was a different month......yea well half of us finish the series of books that are out before the 3rd month!

I love quick reads. Usually means I liked them a lot and couldn't stop reading. Or that it was a short book ;)
