Currently reading Black Dagger Brotherhood...about to start
...enjoying the series but I gotta say, it was such a weak first book...almost didn't pick up book 2 and only did coz I already had the series on my iPad and cbf finding something else....anyway, glad now that I kept going coz it's turned into a good series, really interesting world....I'm not all that psyched about this next book though, Phury shits the hell out of me, but I just really wanna get to John Matthew's story so I'm steaming trough them!

I was so utterly disappointed by it because everyone loved it so much. Maybe my expectations were too high, but I agree that the writing wasn't all that. There were a lot of repetitions and not just with the sex scenes. I had moments where I cared about Archer, but all over I wasn't fussed. And yes, Bree was so incredibly annoying.

We went to a beach club where we could swim/snorkel. The hubby went scuba diving, but I was too much of a scardy cat. Just beware of all the fruity cocktails they shove at you on the ship. They are ridiculously expensive, but of course you have no idea until you get your bill at the end of the cruise. Hope you have a blast!

Yay!! It's pretty cool. Idk if all of you will rate it 5 stars but knowing its self pub and how well it's written this author has talent.

Sylvia, you must bump this up. It is extraordinary. One of the best YA series in my opinion. And it does remind me of Shatter Me series. Not in the story,but the strong heroine and her coming into her powers. And of course the love interests;)

Mark of a great author, I always say, but not everyone always agreed with me. So whether it's a 5-star for a lot of us or not, I'm glad you loved it and found one of "those" books, the ones that just make you *le sigh*! =)

I don't know why insta-love is such a turn off for so many people. Sometimes its not well written but when it is it brings me back to my crazy teenage years. Insta love actually does happen in real life. I was married to my husband after knowing him only 3 months. It s maybe not the wisest thing to do but people do it.

It was fun, but like I said, I didn't get much sleep. I ran around a lot on Saturday between the VIP signing and then assisting an author during the public signing. Then having to get dressed and help set up for the party a bit. Plus I got up early yesterday because I wanted to beat the snow and get home for my son's soccer game. Overall it was a lot of fun. I did post some picture on my FB page, but I have more to put up.

I assisted Kristi Cook :) Too bad I didn't know you were going to be there. I would have introduced myself! I was there all weekend. Armentrout's line on Sat was INSANE! She ended up signing until almost 7pm!
