okay so I finished
and it was good although I liked the first book more. But I'm frustrated because I thought that it was only 2 books but NO! UGH! No ending to the story so now to wait for the next book. I'm seriously all seried & trilogied out! Not even real words but so over it already! Sorry, end of mini-rant. Starting

Anyone r..."I haven't read Hoover or Carmack so I couldn't tell you how she compares. Haven't read Glines either - I guess I'm way behind everyone here. Truthfully I do tend to enjoy my YA either paranormal or fantasy although I will venture out of my comfort zone from time to time. With so many books to choose from if you didn't like McGuire's writing I'd probably skip Happenstance.

I've been going through a mystery phase of late...read most of Rhys Bowen's Molly Murphy books
...they were excellent...I've been a fan of her Royal Spyness books for a while but wasn't sure if id like Molly...being a history geek, though, I found the turn of the century New York setting absolutely fascinating! And Bowen really knows how to spin an excellent cosy mysteryI've now moved on to C.S. Harris's Sebastian St Cyr series
and I am in love! Another fascinating historical mystery but this time filled with tons of political intrigue and a gorgeous leading man....I think this will tide me over well until December 9 and
