Sara | 1037 comments Reading Bright Side (Bright Side, #1) by Kim Holden and liking it so far. I started it once and didn't get far, but then someone on here was loving it so I gave it another chance and had no problem the second time. Must have been my mood.

Danielle (Danniegurl) (danniesreads) | 1326 comments Finished Seventh Grave and No Body (Charley Davidson, #7) by Darynda Jones loved it but wow wow wow wow. I also have a guess as to who the thirteenth is (view spoiler) though it hasn't been told either. But that ending. Geez. I with it was longer and the 8th was already out.

I'm still in the mood for UF or paranormal so I have to figure out what I want to read, I thought about reading Kate #7 but having to wait for both #8s got Charley AND Kate is pushing it so I'll wait.

I'm so jealous. I want to read it badly but I have to wait until the price drops to more reasonable amount. 12$ is insanity even for a favorite series. :(

message 11119: by Paula (new)

Paula (littledarling2012) | 621 comments Just finished the ARC of Anguish (Jokers' Wrath MC, #3) by Bella Jewel and while I really enjoyed the book, the heroine drove me insane at times. She just seemed like a irritating teenage bubblehead. Also, every person in this book is beautiful. Gorgeous. Dazzling. Unless they are the bad one. That peeves the hell out of me right now.

Starting Rellik by Teresa Mummert and cannot wait.

Donna | 1350 comments Finished Before You Break (Between Breaths, #2) by Christina Lee the other night and it was okay. I got a little tired of his internal dialogue of guilt. The pnr I loved until about the sixth or seventh book was Undead and Unwed (Undead, #1) by MaryJanice Davidson . It is hilarious but the author drug the series out much much longer than it should have.

Did you like Siren Laura? I've been debating with myself about reading that one.

message 11130: by Mochaspresso (new)

Mochaspresso | 17 comments I tried Siren, but wasn't inclined to finish it. Outside of 50 Shades, which is really more like BDSM Lite, I'm really not a BDSM fan. I thought the BDSM and her relationship w/ the much younger man/teen virgin was a little too skeevy and disturbing for my taste.

Danielle (Danniegurl) (danniesreads) | 1326 comments I'm reading Samson's Lovely Mortal (Scanguards Vampires, #1) by Tina Folsom I liked it and enjoyed it but she just found out about the vamp thing and she's kind of over reacting about it, and it's pissing me off and driving me nuts. Like all of a sudden he is a different person from the one you've gotten to know just because he's a vampire is just stupid lol.

message 11132: by Laura (new)

Laura (llbasaldua) | 790 comments Yes I did Tracy I really liked it and it is about BDSm but well there really isnt anything that actually happens with the MCs Im sure it will eventually but I didnt find it any different than C.J Roberts books or any Erotica boook for that matter.

I agree everyone I've heard of in the life style say that the care he did not take was unacceptable, like when he spanked her and left her with no after care, no Dom would do that. That why I like reading Cherise Sinclair she knows what she's talking about lol.

I think 50 shades was a stepping stone for many who have never read it. Kind of like Twilight introducing vampires to many that otherwise had never read them.
