Is that series really good? I attempted to watch the movie and thought it was rather meh. Most of the time, the book is always better, but I got burned having that assumption with Beautiful Creatures (Caster Chronicles, #1) by Kami Garcia . I thought that movie was awful and then I tried the book and thought that was awful too.

I'm not sure they would be shorter because we would also have more time to add more.

I am listening to Cinder right now and it's OK. I keep feeling like it's going to get great any moment then it doesn't.

I figured that out once I texted my sister lol. I was complaining to her because she works at target and saw them putting it up I was all like and you didn't tell me lol. But we figured out that they probably put it up too early.

Totally agree - The Mortal Instruments movie wasn't good at all, but the books I really liked. Beautiful Creatures to me was not a good book either. I figured the movie would be better since the book was so lacking - nope. I would put that movie on my top ten list of worst movies ever.

I read this one yesterday and really enjoyed it a lot. I liked getting to know what happened to Tarver to get him sanctioned as a hero and the story was great. Then the preview of book 2 was awesome. I LOVE LOVE Elizabeth Hunter and everything hers is an automatic MUST for me but had no time this weekend to sit with a nice book.
