Danielle (Danniegurl) (danniesreads) | 1326 comments That's awesome Tracy, unfortunately I like certain Bon Jovi songs, I however drive around blasting Eminem whenever my son is not in the car with me since he's 4 and all. Lol.

Danielle (Danniegurl) (danniesreads) | 1326 comments Finished Sixth Grave on the Edge (Charley Davidson, #6) by Darynda Jones it was good, but not as action packed as previous books. That ending though woah I was wondering if that was ever going to happen, just cause nothing was mentioned about not making that happen. I'm ready to move on to the next one but tbh I've never had an audio book so I'm hoping I'll enjoy it or be able to focus on it, or if I need the book to do that. We shall see. Lol. I'm going to finish or rather read All Lined Up more now.

There is NOTHING like throwing back to a good Jon Bon Jovi album. My son and I go to his concert every two years (because that's when he comes) and he knows every song he sings. Ahh...heaven!

I go to Bon Jovi whenever they come to this area. And since it's NJ, they do a few shows and I usually go to more than one. I have to say that they put on a great show (even without Sambora :( )

My first concert was Bon Jovi....I was like 14? Anyways I wasn't impressed, we waited until I heard a song I knew and then we left. He just was an old guy shaking his butt in leather pants on stage, it annoyed me lol. As I've grown and I had taken a history of music type class, my tastes have broadened. I enjoy many more of his songs, but I will say Dead or Alive is one of my favs due to the show Deadliest Catch.

Eta, we left because we had gotten free tickets due to my dad's job at the time.

Wow, Daniele. That's a lot going on. I'm with you on liking to read a book in one sitting if it's good, so it's hard to read more than one at a time. And I did read All Lined Up. It was really really good. I'm glad the next one comes out in just a few more days.

I LOVE all her stuff, but I'm with you on this one. I've spent most of the day reading this and it's just not that good. The female mc just isn't my cup of tea. And Jax just seems like an ass to me. It's like she tried to make him the typical bossy alpha, but he just comes off as an ass. But I'll still read anything she releases. One dud in the bunch won't turn me off of her writing style.

I agree Tiana and that brings up another issue. How is it that men age the way they do? Seriously, if you us Jon for an example he pretty much has everything still looking the way he did when he was in his 20's with just a few wrinkles but his eyes still sparkle and he is still fine Women however start getting dull eyes and saggy faces. Something is messed up with this.

I didn't like Jax. He was so fake. I just didn't get their connection. And the MC is no different than the MC from the first book. She was a replica IMO. And for me, this is not the only dud. Did you read Unchained? I put it down at 39%. Just could not do it. The response to it was so bad, she is not continuing to publish the series!
