Here is 9,95. WTF?! I bought couple of years back for 1,99 if I'm not mistaken. I will let you know if I see it on sale again. Totally not fair because sequel cost almost same. In same price I can buy three or four ebooks. Crazy.

I agree!! Sometimes ebooks cost same as paperbacks or even more expensive. I believe ebooks were created to make books more affordable and accessible. $8 doesn't accomplish either. Grrr, how can pb and ebook cost same?!

I know, eBook prices are crazy. I have seen some that are $15 or over. I think in a way they do it so you end up buying the physical book because it's the same price or cheaper. Usually, if it's over a certain amount I hit the library :)

So I found out there is a novella before the book I'm reading Summerfall (Winterspell, #0.5) by Claire Legrand . I stopped Winterspell by Claire Legrand for now until I finish the novella. Not sure it has to be read before, but I think it's giving background, so I'll finish it first, then go back.

Yes this is a big issue in the publishing world these days. If you buy a book that is traditionally published often the physical book is more expensive than the ebook. The prediction is that it won't alwys be that way because of the way indie authors price their books.

I won't pay more than $5 and I even feel like that's a lot sometimes. I'd rather just buy the paperback for $9

Danielle (Danniegurl) (danniesreads) | 1326 comments So I did decide to read Psy Changeling book 2 I'm already in chapter 6.

$5 is usually max as well. I'll go over if it's part of series i'm already into. But I've stopped reading some authors because their prices are so high. It's really hard to justify spending over $5 for less than 150 pages. At least, in my opinion.

Omg yes Amanda. I don't even like 5 my faces are the .99! The most I have paid is 7 for Tangled by Emma Chase but won't do that again. They end up coming down on their price when the next book comes out.

I am liking the Psy changeling, we get to interact with the first couple still. I find it just interesting, maybe cause I'm so emotional lol idk. But it's fascinating and I'm not entirely able to predict where the story is going so that is important to me. It means it's not predictable.
