Same here; the snark isn't for everyone and yeah the sex was over-the-top at times, but I loved it!!

Laura (llbasaldua) | 790 comments Finished Carnal Secrets (The Phoenix Pack, #3) by Suzanne Wright It wasnt bad but yeah I see how there should or could be many more books in this series but for me Im done here. There was just to much "juvenile snark" I found myself rolling my eyes many many times It was like being in high school ...That and all 3 books were almost the same story/sex scenes/banter and so on you get the idea.

Over all it wasnt a bad series and I also enjoyed From Rags by Suzanne Wright But I wont be reading her Vampire series.

Apparently not all reviews should be ignored ...
I dont always pay attention to reviews, actually most times I ignore them especially if Ive read and enjoyed the authord previous work.
So Stripped by Jasinda Wilder was one that had very mixed reviews I think it has an overall rating of 3 stars and after about DNF at 40% I would say that a lot of these reviews gave a generous rating! My rating 2/5 !

Next up is Finnikin of the Rock (Lumatere Chronicles, #1) by Melina Marchetta then Ugly Love by Colleen Hoover <-- worried about this one Ive read so many so so reviews ..

Loved Finnikin of the Rock (Lumatere Chronicles, #1) by Melina Marchetta .
I didn't think Ugly Love by Colleen Hoover was as good as some of her other books. That being said I still really enjoyed it. You can't go wrong with Colleen Hoover.

Laura (llbasaldua) | 790 comments Nope sure cant! I loved all her books so far but only one Ive actually given a 5 star rating. She does have a way with words and Ive enjoyed everyone of her books to date but only really Loved one of them. I know a lot of people either loved or hated this book and I know why already,I just hope Its really not that big of an issue with me. I dont think it will be but I guess there is a first time for everything.

See, I LOVE snark, I am sarcastic a lot, and I have found adulthood is still very similar to high school only worse. So I find it ok lol.

See that's why i don't read reviews before I read a book. Might listen to recommendations, but I never read reviews. I want to experience it myself. Some loved it, some hated it, go in with an open mind and an understanding of what the two main characters agree upon!
