Yeah, this is what's keeping me from jumping to this final book. Whereas the Covenant series really needed the extra time to wrap up and the characters just got stronger and better, I feel like we're getting too much with Lux. I LOVE the series and don't want to say goodbye, but that doesn't mean I wanted to drag their story out, ya know? I decided to order the paperback and just read it when I get it, that way I'm not feeling rushed and I'll have it for J to sign!

Honestly Bridget, the first book, The Warlord Wants Forever, is my least favorite book in this series. Thank goodness I didn't know it was the first book. I've mentioned this a few times as this is my favorite PNR series. I didn't read this one until I'd finished book 3 and kept wondering why there wasn't a book for Myst's story. That's when I found out about it and at that point it was part of an anthology so I bought the anthology so I could read it. But it didn't bother me or anything because I was already so in love with the series having read the first 3 books :) I recommend reading at least 1 more book in the series and see if you feel differently. That's if you really want to give it another try. A Hunger Like No Other (Immortals After Dark, #2) by Kresley Cole No Rest for the Wicked (Immortals After Dark, #3) by Kresley Cole Wicked Deeds on a Winter's Night (Immortals After Dark, #4) by Kresley Cole are so fantastic!

OMG! I just finished Where She Went (If I Stay, #2) by Gayle Forman and I absolutely LOVED IT! I honestly spent most of it in tears but it was so good. Loved Adam's story. His heartache gutted me. By the end of the story I was all cried out and I loved every second of their amazing heartfelt story. Cannot wait until the movie comes out. I'm hoping they do a decent job of it because I plan on seeing this one. I also finished reading Tempt Me at Twilight (The Hathaways, #3) by Lisa Kleypas and it was wonderful too. Loving The Hathaways series :)

Ahhhh!! I'm so glad you loved Where She Went. I couldn't put it down. Adam, oh he was so broken. The poor guy got left in the dust and couldn't piece himself back together. It was so hard to watch! I hope they do a decent job with If I Stay. I wonder if they'll keep the ending, though.

It's pretty good, Bridget. I'm surprisingly enjoying the fact that there is no romance in it - I mean, c'mon. They are clinging to the hope of finding a way out, having to make due with what they have, and trying not to die, so realistically, who has time?! How old is your daughter? Oh - and no "swearing" - they've made up words for that. Give it a go, Bridget. I'm liking it.

Yes Donna, 14 is plenty old enough. That movie or the book would be for any age. There isn't sex or cussing or anything inappropriate in it. Now they may not understand what is going on if they are young but that's all. Did you say you have read the book, or no?
