Hopeless was amazing, but Maybe Someday was even better for me personally. I'm almost done with slammed and will finish out the series. I'm hoping the next book is better.

Yeah, I read Slammed after it was reccommended to me by someone. But when I saw the cover I thought it would be like a 50 shades type of story. I was very glad when it wasn't.

I don't think it's terribly disappointing. It's still McGarry and her writing is really good. And this one did change my view of Isaiah. But I didn't love this story like the others for sure.

LOL! Yeah, I am not a fan of this cover. They changed them, though. I wasn't a huge fan of the book. it was ok. I think the way the writing was threw me since I was expecting what I got from her in her other books. I finished last night and will move on to Point of Retreat today.

I LOVED Written in Red. I was going to read this as soon as it came out, but I think I was stuck in my manga phase during then. I decided to wait until closer to book 3's release, but nothing else on my list is really calling to me, so I'm caving and reading this now.

Started I Want It That Way (2B Trilogy #1) by Ann Aguirre and I'm not impressed at all. It seems to be all over the place. one minute the MC's language is really mature, using big words to describe things. The next she's acting like a college junior (which is what she is). And then suddenly a guy she barely knows, but has an attraction to, is telling her he wants to fuck her, and it's so out of place. And then she thinks something about him sinking his cock into her. WTF?

I love that they crack you up! We all know what we like in books, I just try to articulate it the way I'd normally talk and with not like so in depth plot discussion, although I have done that if it's really good or horribly horrible....so I guess I go with the flow of what I'm feeling.
