Oh Bridget both TBS & UDS are fantastic reads. You should move them up on your TBR. So worth the reading :)

Me too :'( don't know how to feel about this?? On the one hand I like the story, writing, and the characters. But on the other hand, 5 books??!! The wait? UGH! I still remember the torturous wait between books 1 & 2! That was awful. Crap. Definitely would've preferred 3, thought it was supposed to be 3. Sigh.

LMAO! Oh Nicole, how right you are :D and there lies my conundrum hahahaha! I do make some headway in my TBR despite all the moving around. I just have way too many books that I unrealistically aspire to reading I guess. And all the enticing new releases and ongoing series keep adding to my predicament. At lease I'm about 130+ books read for the year so far so I figure that my aspirations for completing the books in my ASAP shelf in what remains of the year might be doable :)

Agreed Bridget. Loved the Dream Man series and loving the Rock Chick series so far too. You really should read them Tracy. They're super funny with feisty women and hot guys and interesting plots. All around great reads. Love KA.

They're great Tracy. They make me laugh :) I love the audios. Maybe see if they have them where you get your audio books. I get mine from Audible.com, and got them all really cheap since I had the eBooks already so I just added the narration for like 2.99 or something. Love the Whispersync feature with Amazon. But the best part is to finally be able to get KA's books on audio since most of them are pretty lengthy at around 500 pages. But they're so good! And now she has the Dream Men, Rock Chick, Chaos, and Colorado series on audio. So it's very likely that all of her books will end up on audio and I will be a very happy gal :D

I get mine from audible to Belkis. I will look at the Rock Chicks on there and see how much they are. They have the Aisling Grey series in audio but I don't like the narrator so I'm reading instead.

Hate it when that happens. That's why e-readers are the best, instant satisfaction. But I know some people still love the feel of a good old fashioned book in their hands:)

Oh Tracy, Amazon just launched something new! Just saw it today actually. They're doing Unlimited Reading/Listening which will be a monthly membership for 9.99 to access ebooks and audios that are available. I don't know all of the details yet but I'm going to be checking it out. They're offering a 30 day free trial which can be cancelled at anytime. As well as a 3 month free membership to Audible.com. This is a great way for anyone here in our group that's interested in trying out audio books to see if you like them. These are some pretty sweet promotions :D

Belkis (bminaya) | 8313 comments @ Tracy, maybe check out the free 30 day trial of Unlimited Reading/listening on Amazon to see if Rock Chick it part of it :D that way maybe you can get to listen/read them for free!! Whether or not you end up cancelling the membership, so it's kind of win/win :)

Donna | 1350 comments ok friends - I need AUDIO book recommendations for a road trip. Requirement is 1. not too much romance (hubby will be listening & although he likes "some", it can't be much) and 2. no sex (i'll have kids in the car). I was thinking of Alienated (Alienated, #1) by Melissa Landers or Throne of Glass (Throne of Glass, #1) by Sarah J. Maas , or something along this line, or even The Maze Runner (Maze Runner, #1) by James Dashner or The 5th Wave (The Fifth Wave, #1) by Rick Yancey , but am not sure if it's too violent. Suggestions?

Love the Maze Runner Donna. My son wouldn't let me listen to it unless he was in the car and he hates my audios. The False Prince is also very good for mixed company. No sx or romance in the first one and the next two has very little romance.

Stacie Just finished lotharie in the immortals after dark series and....I'm shockingly dismayed
The first half of the book was great I enjoyed it up until after lotharie nearly died and then lotharie just really made me angry and in the end I just didn't really think they fit together in the end like they did in the beginning :( so should I read mc? Has someone read it that didn't like lotharies story and then loved mcrievs story? And I just read the preview and reviews for the daci book #1 and I don't think I'll like that book either :(

Of all these Donna, I've only listened to The Throne of Glass and I don't think there's any sex or hot scenes but there is some romance so probably not the best option for an audience, but the audio is excellent. Maybe try The Maze Runner, seems like it'd be a good option since I know many younger readers that have enjoyed it as well as parents that have given it to their children to read.
