I have been trying to google, search through my kindle and nook archives with no luck so far. Not being able to remember this book is driving me nuts! There is a woman with her husband on vacation. There's role playing between the wife and a group of males but her hubby isn't interested in it so he's elsewhere. Each of them have are role playing a particular character in their gaming world and when they travel through time, they become who they were role playing. The go to another world where they are needed to help save it. The woman is also going through a type of romance with one of the worlds men, a prince or King if I remember correctly. Do you have any idea if this was a "modern" book or was it an e-pub version of an older book?

Quag Keep by Andre Norton has some of the items in your book, but is not exactly identical. There is a follow-up book to it Return to Quag Keep which I haven't read, but which might match better.

It's more modern. The female is the main character and it's also part romance. She's torn between a man in the other world and her husband, who she has a strained marriage with. TY!
