Correct. Book links to other sites are customized on a per-user basis (each user chooses theirs), not a per-book basis. There is no way to to customize the links for a specific book.
As far as contacting support, that would be the Contact Us link on the Help page.

And as Rivka linked, support is available on every page by following the about us link at the bottom.

Probably because no ISBN exist for the ebook on the GR book data.

Because the default edition of the book has no ISBN, and the B&N link appears to be ISBN-dependent.
We can add the pseudo-ISBN B&N uses to that edition, if the author provides it. It would start with 294.

Every member of goodreads can customize their own middle "get a copy" purchase button (and the far right non-purchase button for libraries and such; the first button is a sponsored ad/link).
To get your own middle purchase button the way you want it, edit your profile and go to the "book links" tab. Re-order the commercial links, delete unwanted ones, add ones you want that are not currently showing (you may need to change country near top right to get the right list to choose from; I know for U.S. that both Barnes and Noble and Smashwords are existing choices you can just select versus customizing). If you don't see a wanted link, for example to your local indie brick and mortar bookseller, you can add it. Just make sure that you are linking to the store page that searches for isbn numbers, check that it is commercial if you want it under the middle button or leave unchecked to put it in with libraries and other sites under the last button).
Every member on goodreads potentially will have completely different choices under those green get a copy buttons.
How can I add these as I am running a sale and I want to make purchases easy for readers.
