Newly added 'find at' book links not shown

I've added 'find at' book links, but they do not show up in the "Popular Links" list. They are only shown in my personal book links list. Why do other people not see these? (only tested for NL - Netherlands)

I added Polare and Bookdiscounter.nl, but they are not shown.

This kind of issues belongs in the Feedback group.
But I would think they don't show in that list because they are not popular enough, as it is not a complete list of all links. Especially Polare is a rather new name for those stores.
