SOLVED. Historical menage book with a titled dying husband [s]

Hi, I'm hoping someone can help me find the author and title of this historical menage story I read a couple years ago.

The story starts out with a married couple and the husband is dying. He needs an heir so his nephew or relative doesn't inherit his title. He won't risk getting his wife pregnant because of a genetic disorder so they ask the stable hand to help. Even though it was the husbands idea he is jealous of the other man. The wife switches between bedrooms but soon they all end up in the same room together. After some time the two men become friends and are no longer jealous towards the other.

That's all I can remember so any help is greatly appreciated.
