Kimberly Solis | 61 comments What wold you do if you had to leave your hometown to go to go with a stranger who calls himself your father? “But most days,I wander around feeling invisible. Like I'm a speck of dust floating in the air that can only be seen when a shaft of light hits it." The novel ONE OF THOSE HIDEOUS BOOKS WHERE THE MOTHER DIES by Sonya Sones the main character, Ruby, has to leave her hometown to go with someone who calls him self her father after her mother dies. I personally enjoyed reading this book a lot. I would recommend this book to person who likes to read realistic fiction or emotional novel. Mostly I would recommend this novel to girls 10-13. A book similar to this book is WHAT MY MOTHER DOESN'T KNOW or HUGGING THE ROCK.
