Part 1 of a triology.WOW....This was really good and it got better as the book went on...and the ending? The author sucker punches us with a shocker I did not see coming. My mouth is still open in shock. I almost want to go back and re-read it. Now I have to wait until November 11th to read book 2!
I love when he says. "I need my thing, come over and give it to me." (He doesn't necessarily just mean her or sex as a 'thing' either.)

Kate, I loved Saving Grace. The whole trilogy is one of my favorites. A lot of unexpected turns.

I've just finished Burning Dawn (Gena Showalter) which I loved, and since It's the last written book in the Angels of the Dark series, tomorrow I'm starting with Eternal Guardians series.I really hope it will be as good as Lords of the Underworld and Angels of the Dark :)
After that I'm pretty sure I'll start with Immortals After Dark!

Natalie...Fury's is not the best of the New Species series you are going to love them. And don't worry as you meet new couples they all make appearances in future books too. They are so much fun to read.
Right now I'm reading Sweet Evil , by Wendy Higgins. It's starting off pretty good too.

Personally I loved Fury....But alot of folks had trouble with how forceful he was. My favorites are valiant, Justice and Tiger and Moon so far but really look forward to Vengeance. I think the thing I love about them is how simple and straight forward the story is and also how trusting and decent all the new species are. I would like to have people like that in my life.

I am a big fan of Kresley's other books and Part 1 took me a little while to get into at first but as things picked up pace I really enjoyed it!I now see why many on this group like Aleksandr Sevastyan ;-)

I've just read Otherwise Alone by Shay Savage - a really good short novella and I'm now reading book 2
. It's a strange one in that the hero (antihero?) Evan Arden is really someone who you shouldn't like, but the way the books written you root for him!
Half way through felicity Heaton's Her Avenging Angel. Love books about angels, vampire, shifters etc .

Anne, like so many series the first book is not always the strongest. I was iffy on book one....did not dislike it but was not super excited either. I enjoyed it but kept reading....I found each novel got a little better...maybe because the stories intertwined and I was getting to know the characters. The romances start in other books....Maybe it was just because the following books were longer than the first book-I am a big complainer about the inability to develop a story line in short novels. Either way, they do get better.

And the Debt Collection Series: (COLLATERAL, COLLATERAL 2, PAST DUE, PAID IN FULL, DOWN PAYMENT and FINAL INSTALLMENT), tie into this series-is about the Albanian Gang members. And the Fighting Connelly's are fighters at Ivan's gym....they play a part in the whole story too.
