Refresh book stats

Hello Librarians, could I please get help with a refresh stats on Watering Heaven? I have that bug where it will not allow me to refresh stats unless I am a librarian.

Oddly, the filter stats all say 0 0 0 0 for all of ratings. Is there any way to adjust that or is that something that just eventually gets refreshed? Either way, thank you again!
