The books have far less sex and violence. But they are more enjoyable in my opinion. Have you started reading them yet? Do you like them?
The silent wife is a huge favorite of mine Jessica! If u haven't read it yet I totally reccommend it!
Great job, Colleen!I've read 47 out of my 50. I expect that I'll finish my challenge in the next week or two. I may increase my goal.
I'm a little late in getting started and have never challenged myself before but I decided that this year my goal is to read 12 books. I didn't want to overwhelm myself. So far I've read two. Moving along slowly but surely :)
I'm on 29 out of 35 books. I think I'm going to make it. But I have decided to not up my numbers if/when I meet my challenge everything after that is just for fun. (Not that I haven't enjoyed myself this far but you know what I mean..I hope)

The Rook was definitely very interesting. Rather long and winding but I didn't find myself bored, just traveling in a different direction than I thought I was.
Fangirl was also fantastic! I couldn't believe how much I loved that book. Fantasy and reality blended into one.
