Hi everyone. I've been lurking for a few weeks, and thought it was about time I introduce myself. My name is Mary.

I joined this group because it isn't strictly about one genre. I like lots of different genres. I'll read romance, romantic suspense, sci-fi, military sci-fi, YA, historical and epic and stuff that fits in between.

About the only thing I don't like is anything to do with vampires, werewolves, angels, etc, but I do love a supernatural twist like time travel, alternate universe, psychic, etc.

FYI, I'm also an indie author--just full disclosure. :-)

Hello!! My name is Malina. My aunt got me on to this site, just yesterday haha. I enjoy reading sooo much. I feel that there are so many books out there and not enough hours in my life to read them all. But I will try :) Growing up I had never been a big fan of reading but now I always seem to pick up a book I love and cant put down! I read about this group and how its not just focused on one genre and i thought that was great for me so I could look and see what other books may be out there that I may have just passed by before. You're welcome Cammie! :) I'm not a big fan of Erotica, Science Fiction, and Westerns either. Occasionally, I will make an exception for a Science Fiction book, but never a Western. I've tried Erotica, and it isn't to my taste.

Welcome! I hate it when real life gets in the way too! This week I had 2 midterms in one class (weird I know), a quiz, a HUGE test, a huge project, and like 10 little assignments in 3 different classes. I haven't been able to pick up a single book. Although, luckily I occasionally listen to audiobooks, so I did that for a bit before bed last night. If I hadn't been able to do that, I think I might have lost my mind. I can't wait until Monday, when I have nothing to do. The bliss of reading. I love that I can go on this site, and have real people understand what it is like to go through book withdrawal.

I'm Pixie. I'm not too new to the Goodreads' site, but I wasn't active much until the recent past couple of weeks because I finally learned how to use it a bit better (and got a bit more time on my hands finally haha). It seems like a really great site. Fitting for my booknerd ways at least. ;)
I'm an aspiring author trying to break into the publishing world, a book nerd, and history geek. I also love blogging as much as I can, whenever I can.

I never thought I'd be a part of an online book club :) I am excited to be here though and talk about books and stuff. I stopped reading awhile ago because after the twilight series I had a really hard time getting into other books because it was so good and other ones didn't measure up. Thankfully, I finally got back into books again and I LOVE reading so much, and getting recommendations for amazing books. It is so great getting lost in the stories, I love it!
